Athleta Vinyasa Flow Style Yoga

Join Courtney Satow for a challenging and refreshing all levels Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa Flow is a style of yoga that links breath and movement through a sequence of Salutations and postures. While your body moves through this smooth, continuous flow, you will deepen your breathing, increase your physical endurance, and test the edge of your balance and flexibility.
